WH also works with the local bars, so if all you want is a quick pint of Cider, there are a whole host of bars on the area with them on tap.

This place is a drive from Charlotte, but it is an easy one. Upon arriving parking is extremely tight and you may end up having to park down the street and walk in. Beautiful setting amid the Apple orchards. I purchased a flight of their cider. Many different flavors to try the rotating flavor was pumpkin cider. It was strange not bad just strange. All of the ciders are sweet, very sweet. The place was packed on Sunday must be the only thing to do around here.

Windy Hill is by far one of the best cider orchards I've been to. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, the prices competitive, and the atmosphere is wholesome.

Coming from NY where Barton orchard and it's bakery were a 10 minute drive down the road, having Windy Hill so close makes me feel that much more at home. On top of that, I will fully admit that the cider donuts at Windy Hill are better.

We like this little orchard. Their pick-your-own crops have been a little slim the past couple of years, but the cider bar makes for a fun Friday evening. We sampled a flight, got some donuts and played a little Cornhole. Good times

My husband and I attended the Apple Harvest Festival at Windy Hill Orchard. I wouldn't really call it a festival. It was a bunch of people sitting around eating donuts and drinking cider. Boring. The orchard itself was very small and closed off. It wasn't worth the $10 per ticket and $5 to park to go to their festival. I've been to apple festivals in the past that I really enjoyed, but I won't be returning to this place.

Best Apple cider donuts ever. They are even better fresh. They have really good cider too. We love this place and make several trips. They have pick your own apples and alcohol but we have not done or tried those.

I've been a returning customer to WH for over 3 years now, and they never fail to disappoint. There's always a decent size crowd, and for good reason.
