This was my first experiance with this dealership and I couldn't be happier. My check engine light had come on and the service department was excellent. Car was finished in about an hour with absolutely no hassle. Would definitely recommend this place!
Has my car put in shop for service was there almost a month I'm a diy amateur mechanic and I seemed to be more knowledgeable about the problem with my car than them. Problem ended up being what I thought but did not have tools for.

We just moved to York this week and had to take our truck in for service. The two Johnson brothers who I had my most recent experience with were unbelievably rude and lazy. They were both very dismissive and showed a genuine lack of care to assist my wife and I. When I shared our experience with our new neighbors they all stated, "why would you ever go there???" "They are Horrible with service". I wish I would have known prior to our visit. Save yourself a headache and go to Rock Hill for your Chevy needs as we will from now on.
