it was my first time , and I had Monique and she did a great job , , at first I was not sure I was in a beauty salon , as it was more like a a boutique, did meet the owner , was not greeted when I walked in the salon tho , that should be a first in my opinion , too make a person feel welcome , thats all for now ,,,Rose
I tried Salon 108 after my normal hair dresser moved out of town. I was very happy with the service I received. The girl who did my hair (Jennifer) knew exactly what type of "messy" look I was going for and actually used a flat iron on it when she was done rather than leaving it all fluffy. I received 2 gift certificates for them on Christmas (which I will be using this week) and also got a gift certificate for my sister in law (who used the same stylist I did and loved her cut as well) I recommend this salon to my friends and family.
Failed to provide quality service. I made a next day appointment for my son and they "forgot" to write it down over the phone. Had to make a new appointment when I arrived with my son for the next day, causing us to spend two of our precious afternoons at the salon. Overpriced and rude staff.
Awesome owner
I was forced to try this place b/c my normal salon was booked, this is the worst salon I've ever tried! The stylist I had was not of a master level and said she was. I hate to stereotype but she was blonde, ton of make of makeup, that thought extremely high of herself, spoke poorly about the establishment and her co-workers. This place needs a reality check!!!
