Service was very distasteful. I was just making a deposit, which "failed" to go through. I had to call customer care to sort it out. They also wanted to change my private information without permission. They did so by asking a series of questions (phone numbers, addresses, etc.). This was not called for. I have made several deposits before, this is the first time this was an issue. I recommend you go to another branch of SCBT to do business. SCBT is super, this branch has terrible judgement/decision making abilities.
Best bank, hands down! Thought I would never find a partnership better than my credit union. The ladies here go above and beyond in every way possible!
